Facing the Burgundy countryside, our wooden Tiny House is an invitation to slow down. Here, we wake up with the morning light, we have our coffee on the terrace in silence, we enjoy a cozy interior thoughtfully designed. Modern comfort, warm atmosphere and unobstructed view make up this ideal cocoon for a couple with a child. A simple and authentic place to meet, breathe and savor the moment. A perfect starting point to discover Burgundy and unwind. The space The independent Tiny House has been designed to offer maximum comfort in an optimized, cozy and bright space. You have an open plan living space including: 🛏️ A comfortable double bed for two adults 🛋️ A bench that can be used as a bed for a child 🍽️ A dining area with table and chairs 📺 A relaxation area with TV Linens are provided. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to be autonomous: • Cooktops • Oven • Microwave • Refrigerator/deep freezer • Coffee machine (Nespresso) • Kettle • Dishes and utensils • Washing machine • In-room safe The modern bathroom includes: • 🚿 a shower • 🚽 a toilet • 🪨 a stone washbasin • Towels provided • Makeup mirror • Hair dryer • Heated towel rail • Bathroom heating A large bay window gives access to the private terrace, equipped for enjoying meals and views of the countryside. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort in any season. 2 free parking spaces are available. Option to charge an electric vehicle upon request (flat rate). Guest access Guests have full private access to the Tiny House for the duration of the stay. Check-in is autonomous or accompanied by the goodwill of our hosts. The Tiny House is located in a quiet and natural environment, without direct neighbors. No indoor space is shared with other guests or the owners. Access to the parking lot and gate are shared with the owners. Other things to note • The Tiny House is located in a quiet and natural environment, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. • The accommodation is suitable for a couple with a child, but is not intended to accommodate more guests except possibly a baby (we will provide a cot) • The Tiny House is located on private land, close to our home, while maintaining good privacy. • The tranquility of the place implies respecting the tranquility of the place, especially in the evening. • In cold weather, the accommodation remains comfortable thanks to the reversible air conditioning. (heating or air conditioning) • The location is rural: a car is recommended to get around and discover the surroundings. • Electric bicycles can be made available upon request, for a rental fee. • An electric vehicle charging station (7 kW) is available upon request, for a fee.
