The space This is a loft type studio that is conveniently located. This is not a hotel. If you are looking for a hotel-type accommodation, please look elsewhere! You will be given two set of keys, one for the front street gate and the other to your place. The building is made with recycled materials. The wooden floors, for instance, where recovered from another building’s roof. While this makes the construction sustainable, it also means that the finishing is pretty rustic! The building has a insulated tin roof, which is widely used in Paraguay. When it rains, you’ll be able to hear the rain. Some people love to be hear the rain when they sleep. Others find it annoying. The apartment has one main space, and a deck-type second floor that has the small bedroom. The small bedroom has a full-size bed, and a place to store your clothes. The second floor has railings but it would still not be safe for small children-infants. The height of the bedroom ceiling is low, watch your head! This nice view will be all yours to enjoy! The bathroom has a small shower, a small hand wash, and a toilet. All these are very standard type sanitary devices for Paraguay. If you need more towels, please let me know! The kitchen has a full size fridge, a stove and a oven. It also has all the basic things to cook and eat. If you need anything else, please let me know and I’ll do my best to help you out. Paraguay has very harsh summers. It can get really hot between November-March. The space has AC. However, black-outs do happen in Paraguay once in a while. There is nothing we can do in those cases but to wait for the electricity supply to resume. If you are coming on summer months, be prepared for harsh weather and keep hydrated! Tap water in Paraguay might not meet certain drinking standards. Do your research and decide what to do. I provide some bottles of drinking water as courtesy. There are markets (Biggies) at a walking distance where you can find water and everything else you might need. If you do go to Biggies, get some alfajores! You won’t regret it. We are conveniently located in the heart of villa morra neighborhood.
