This property has a well-stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms (main floor master), 2.5 baths, 2 living areas, an office/den, washer and dryer, grill, glass-enclosed patio, an open-air patio downstairs all with a view of and dockside access to the lake! Tellico Village provides 3 championship golf courses. Knoxville is a short drive away; come and enjoy all East Tennessee has to offer. Tellico Lake Escape is located in Tellico Village. This property provides easy access from both Interstate 75 and Interstate 40. You will find amenities nearby: grocery is a 4-minute drive, several local restaurants are within a 5-7 minute drive, 3 golf courses are located within Tellico Village, and the lake is right outside your back door. The main floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, an attached master bath (shower and soaking tub), and a deck overlooking the lake. Additionally, on the main floor, you will find the main living area, dining room table, 4 bar stools, the kitchen, a half bath, laundry room, pantry, den/office with a futon couch, a grill, and an all-season patio enclosure providing year-round views of the water. Downstairs are two bedrooms (each with queen-size beds), a full bath with an enclosed tub/shower, and a large living space with a sectional couch with a memory foam pull-out bed. The lower level provides access to the lower deck where you will find a table and chairs perfectly located to give views of the lake. The dock can be accessed via the stairs in the back yard. The slip allows you to keep your boat accessible during your stay. The boat ramp is conveniently located approximately a 7-minute drive from the house. You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the owners' storage closets. I do not live on the premises, but have someone who maintains the property in the event of emergencies or repairs. Our property is nestled on the banks of Tellico Lake in Tellico Village. The village is home to 3 championship golf courses as well as a yacht club. Nearby you will find a Food Lion grocery store, a pharmacy, restaurants, churches, banks, gas station, and other shops. Additionally, Loudon is about a 10-minute drive away. Loudon provides all the basic stores you would need during your stay at Tellico Lakefront Escape. Our home has easy access off of both I-75 and I-40 and is an easy drive on main roads to our property. The house is approximately a 10-minute drive from the exit off of I-75. With the house being periodically unoccupied, the fireplace is generally not turned on for renter use. This is a safety measure. Additionally, there are security cameras on the property (outdoors only). I am looking for renters with a history of positive reviews so I know our home will be well taken care of. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and must stay at the property for the duration of the rental time frame. Unauthorized guests are not allowed.
