The holiday home is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The location is in the middle of the migratory bird resting area (cranes and geese) and offers this special natural spectacle in autumn and spring. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. Room: The entrance to your holiday home is at ground level and leads directly from the terrace into the living room. Ground floor: Living room with seating area, TV, radio, dining area (4 places) and access to the terrace (9 sqm, covered, 1 table, 6 chairs, 1 sun lounger, parasol). Kitchen (walk-through room) with electric stove (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window. Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Division: Holiday home, 2 floors, 2 rooms (including 1 bedroom), 40 sqm, a total of 4 beds. Other things to note Special: Central heating. High chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron.
