Originally built in the 1700s and renovated with great taste in the late 1980s, the villa retains the atmosphere of the historic Friulian residences of the past, thanks to its splendid terracotta floors, characteristic stone walls and large exposed wooden beams. The environment is made unique and incredibly bright by large windows that offer an open and restorative view of the park and the courtyard of the property. It's an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a spacious, quiet, and comfortable base to explore Friuli. The villa is built over several levels expertly connected by internal staircases: a dynamic architecture that guarantees each guest their own privacy and independence. Precisely due to the presence of several floors connected by stairs, the structure may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or who prefer rooms on a single level. Spaces are generous and well distributed: 🛋️ Day and Relaxation Area: • Main living room: a large and bright space characterized by the charm of terracotta, stone, and wood, flooded with natural light thanks to the large windows overlooking the greenery. It is dominated by an evocative central fireplace, perfectly functioning; we will be happy to provide you with wood to enjoy warm evenings in total relaxation. • Kitchen: a separate, fully equipped and functional environment to prepare your meals in comfort. • Open-space attic: a cozy loft with wooden staircase overlooking the living area, dedicated to leisure and relaxation, equipped with a sofa, bookshelf and Smart TV with Netflix. There's also a comfortable half bath here. Night 🛌 Area, Work and Flexibility Families: • First floor (main sleeping area): a spacious double bedroom, a second double bedroom, and a single room equipped with a private desk. This floor is served by two full bathrooms (one equipped with a shower and one equipped with a bathtub). • Ground Floor: A very large and versatile room with a double sofa bed and a large desk. Upon request, in this room we can also set up two additional single beds, a perfect solution for large groups or for parents who want to keep their children in the same room. • For the little ones: Upon request, we have a travel cot for infants and young children at their complete disposal. • Laundry: a dedicated and separate area with a washing machine. 🌳 Outdoor and Outdoor Areas: The villa is immersed in a large private and exclusive garden (a real park), completely fenced and ideal for moments of tranquility outdoors or for children to play safely.
