The year-round holiday home is located 150 m from the beach of Lake Miedwie. We offer 8 rooms for 2, 3, 4 people (a total of 25 beds). The property has a landscaped garden with places to relax and barbecue, as well as a spa area. Lake Miedwie is the fifth largest lake in Poland. It is a great place for water sports and sunbathing. There are numerous catering points and water equipment rentals on Lake Miedwie. The space Only the spaces that are the subject of the offer will be available to our guests in accordance with the number of people for whom the stay has been booked. The fee for optional additional services (optional) + for the stay of additional persons (over 16) must be paid on site at the facility before check-in. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer to the facility's bank account before arrival or by credit card. Optional additional services not included in the rental price are: - breakfast - dinner - use of the spa area (sauna, jacuzzi, gym, beauty treatments) - use of the barbecue - use of the covered porch - purchase of firewood - extra cleaning - extra linen and towels - tourist tax Location: the property is located 150 m from the municipal beach and promenade. Guest access Guests will have access to the rooms and apartments in which they will be accommodated. The use of additional services: sauna, gym, jacuzzi, covered porch, barbecue is additionally payable on site at the facility. Other things to note A deposit of EUR 400 is charged on the day of arrival before check-in. Payable on site in cash to the facility or owner. It is returned on the day of departure, after confirming the absence of damage in the rented rooms and damage resulting from improper use of the equipment of the rooms and apartments, inconsistent with their intended use and settlement of all fees for additional services. Payment of the deposit made through Airbnb will not be honored. The owner reserves the right to not accept guests who have not made additional payments on site at the accommodation facility, in particular the deposit, despite making payments on the Airbnb portal for the accommodation, until all payments have been made. Before arrival, please be prepared with the right amount of cash. The rooms will be made available after all payments have been made.
