YOUR CAR is safe on the porch by the front door. The COURTYARD, also private, is perfect for enjoying mate tea late in the afternoon or for a special barbecue! 🔸️The house is simple and has been undergoing some necessary renovations. 🔸️Access is via 500 meters of dirt road. ❗️Please don't hesitate to ask. If you have any questions, I am at your disposal. 😊 The space Almost rural area, located at the entrance of the city, but with easy access to the city center (10 minutes by car to the center and other points of interest: free shops, customs, migration, IRS....) 📍👷‍♀️The house is gradually undergoing minor renovations to make your stay satisfactory. However, no construction work is done during your stay. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire advertised space. Other things to note * It is possible to accommodate more people in the private suites outside the house.
