The private pool is built in 2021. The equipment and the furniture is also brand new. The residence has sea and mountain view. It is 100 meters away from the Viglia beach.The Home is on the first floor and the private area with the garden and the private pool that is only for you is in the ground floor. Inside the building, ground floor is my family storage space (we mainly live in Chania) and in the first floor there is (my family's) one more independent nextdoor home. Other things to note Balos residence has three aircondition, one in the kitchen - living room, one in the master bedroom and one in the middle bedroom. The only room without air conditioner is the third, the smallest bedroom that is and the coolest room in the home and it has a fan.
