Ground floor – The heart of daily life is on the ground floor, where a spacious living area opens up with two comfortable sofas, television and large windows overlooking the garden and pool. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for those who love to cook: cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric barbecue, utensils, and everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners to share. To complete the floor, you will find a cozy dining room and a bathroom complete with a bathtub and bathroom fixtures. Finally, we find a convenient laundry room with additional space to leave your luggage. First floor – Going up to the first floor, you enter the sleeping area consisting of three cozy bedrooms, all elegantly furnished and equipped with independent air conditioning, so each guest can adjust the climate according to their preferences.
