Accommodating up to 16 guests, close to Fontainebleau Forest and its famous climbing areas. The space Les Villas des Rochers consists of two neighbouring villas with exactly the same layout. It is an ideal setup for families, groups of friends or several couples who want to stay together while still enjoying their own space and privacy. Each villa is completely self-contained, with its own high-end, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with sofa, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Each house offers three bedrooms: a beautiful master bedroom with a king-size bed and private en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom, and a third bedroom with 4 single beds, ideal for children, teenagers or groups of friends. Each villa has a total of 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. When booking both villas, guests therefore enjoy 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets, spread across two completely independent homes. Outside, the two villas come together around a shared outdoor area, with a furnished terrace, large dining tables, chairs, barbecue and green space. It's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast outside, share a barbecue or relax together after a day exploring the forest. There is also private on-site parking for several vehicles. This setup is particularly well suited to two families travelling together, several couples, groups of friends or climbing trips: stay together while still enjoying the privacy of your own home. Guest access Guests have full access to both villas and their outdoor areas. Private parking spaces are available at the front of the property, making it easy to park directly on site.
