Only staff can access this. Other things to note Parking: Small cars equivalent to hatchback and sedan: Please park at the inner entrance whenever possible. Do not park on the street to avoid road congestion. Your car’s body should be parked in the inner side at least 3/4 of its total size. Large/bigger cars: park at the main road at the entrance of the townhouse area (about 230 meters from our townhouse unit) Note: VALID identification of the main guest and list of all guest names are required before checking-in. House Rules and Guidelines: Check in time: 3PM onwards Check-out: on or before 12 noon Outsiders/Visitors: Unauthorized guests not allowed. Message us if you need to add a guest with a fee. CCTV: Front area only for parked car monitoring and safety patrol. No cameras inside. Neighborhood noise: This is a subdivision. We have no control over neighbors. You may hear early-morning vendors (water, pandesal). Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise respectful. Gatherings: Allowed, as long as you stay within the approved guest count and remain respectful of neighbors. Videoke/Karaoke: Videoke is welcome, so feel free to sing your heart out, just keep the volume at a respectful level. Smoking: Front area only within the unit premises. No smoking inside. Please follow Davao’s anti-smoking ordinance and do not smoke in common/public spaces. Be respectful of neighbors and please do not smoke if there are neighbors nearby who may inhale the smoke. Most of the time our neighbors stay indoors, but please be mindful. Care of space: Keep the home tidy. Please don’t move furniture or decor. Kitchen: Wash dishes after use. Place food waste in a plastic bag before putting it in the bin. Turn off appliances. Towels/linens: Indoor use only. Please don’t use them to wipe dirt, floors, or shoes. Laundry: Staff only. Please do not use the washing machine. Pets: No pets. We love animals, but we don’t have a skilled cleaner available for proper pet-hair and deep cleaning. Trash: Bag all trash before checking out. Either place everything in one bag or leave it neatly in the kitchen area.
