You can have lunch and dinner in the large living room, around the old stone fireplace. The living room also features armchairs and a double sofa bed. The house has a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The house has its own private driveway, parking and south facing garden with deck chairs under the apple tree, ideal for a quiet and relaxing vacation home. It is located right next to our main house. Visually separated, discretion and calm are ensured. The house is ideally located between charming Bellême and Mortagne au Perche, where you will find all the services (food market, cheese factories, restaurants and wine bars, flea markets and antique shops...), and beautiful walks in the heart of the famous Bellême forest (remarkable and century-old trees, mushroom or chestnut picking...) Our area is ideal for walking, cycling, horseback riding, golfing and fishing, the landscapes of groves and valleys are beautiful, and a wide choice of hikes is available. 20 minutes from Alençon, an hour from Le Mans and Chartres and its famous cathedral, two hours from Paris, the village of Pervenchères, 2 km away, is home to a small shop/bar/café. Local specialties include cider, calvados, black pudding and camembert.
