Rapunzel captivates with its successful mix of a modern duplex apartment combined with the charm of the regional half-timbered style. Released beams give this apartment its coziness. The balcony door is lockable. The space We, Julia and Andreas Koch, acquired this old farm at the end of 2017 and converted it with loving heartwork into our beautiful country house in the Rinnetal. Our ambition was to preserve the typical regional style of a half-timbered house and to combine it with modern and family-friendly equipment. In our country house in the Rinnetal, parents and children can really go on holiday – in any weather. When the weather is good, there are many opportunities to play on the outdoor area and when the weather is bad, you can really let off steam in our dwarf kingdom, an indoor fun room. But our country house has much more to offer… Guest access The outdoor playground: The outdoor playground is fenced and offers a true children's paradise with many play equipment such as trampoline, swing, slide, sandbox, etc. Parents can view the children's play area from the balcony and enjoy their cup of coffee in peace. In the large yard, the children have the opportunity to ride around with various pedal vehicles (tractor, tricycle, scooter, etc.) or play ball. After an eventful excursion, parents and children can end the day on the large covered and illuminated terrace in the garden. Both garden furniture and a barbecue are available for free use. For the seven dwarfs in the dwarf kingdom: The dwarf kingdom is a large indoor playroom with infinite play facilities for all ages. The room is accessible from the outside as well as from the inside:0) Here, young and old can romp and play to their heart's content. At the foosball table you can compete or bravely climb the climbing wall. You can slide or swing, seal your way through tunnels or dive into the ball pool… or… or… the best way to explore the dwarf kingdom is by yourself! Table square cover you: In the "Tischlein deck you" you will really find everything your heart desires. This room is located on the first floor and is freely accessible to all holiday guests. Here are books or board games that you can borrow for free and take with you to your holiday homes. Or you can snuggle up on the sofa and browse through some books about our region or play a board game together at the big table. In a display case and in a refrigerator you will find many different seasonal land products from our region, which you can purchase. There is, for example, delicious jam, fresh free-range eggs, our homemade "Ahle Worscht", sweet syrup or honey, handmade natural soap or wines and schnapps for the big ones and and and… In addition, you can inform yourself in this room about the many leisure and excursion possibilities offered in our beautiful and varied region. There are many flyers and information brochures, hiking maps, motorcycle and bicycle maps. The information material is provided free of charge. Ashtray's study: In Anschenputtel's study, you will find small helpers, without which you unfortunately do not always get around on vacation. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge after adventurous excursions. You can hang your biker clothes, your laundry or wet shoes or boots here on the clothesline to dry. In the garden there is also a laundry spider, which can be used for this purpose. There is a garage for motorcycles. Other things to note Due to its proximity to the A7 motorway, the country house is ideal for overnight stays. Transiters are welcome.
