House with vegetable garden + chicken -Lac du Der

After the departure of our daughter from home, we decided to make the travelers enjoy the upper floor of our family home which is in the center of the village Bailly-aux-Forges, just next to the Church. If you want, you are invited to pick up the eggs in the hen house, watch the vegetables grow and / or pick them in our vegetable garden and take a sunbath in the garden! The space The house is composed of 2 levels. My partner and I live on the ground floor, and travelers have exclusive access to the upper part of the house which has its own separate entrance. The upper floor of the house is 100 m2, it is fully furnished, and has a view on a hilly and green terrain. In our garden you will find a henhouse (chickens, rooster, quail ...) and you can eat the eggs of the farm and even look for the eggs yourself in the morning, it is fun with children. We also have a very nice dog who lives outside. The upper level of the house consists of: - an ENTRANCE giving on a big livingroom - a LIVINGROOM of approximately 25 m2 very bright, including 1 sofa bed, a coffee table, chairs, a TV - A KITCHEN opened on the living room fully equipped (fridge, oven, 3 induction hob, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster ...). - a BATHROOM of about 10 m2 including a shower, a sink, a bath, a washing machine. - separated WC - a 1st BEDROOM of about 12m2 with a double bed bought less than a year ago, 2 bedside tables with one lamp each, a closet to store your belongings if you wish - a 2nd BEDROOM of about 10m2 including 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamp and a wardrobe In all the house there are shutters, it means that you can sleep in the morning without being awakened by the sun. You also have access to the wifi (internet). Guest access Travelers will have access to all areas and everything on the 1st floor of the house. In the kitchen and the bathroom are all the daily necessities for a family. In the garden you have access to the vegetable garden, henhouse, fresh eggs and good mood! In front of the house there is room for 2 cars, there is also room in the streets of the village. Other things to note If you come with your own bedshhets and towels and clean after you leave, we don't ask for any cleaning fees. If you want you can ask us for bedshhets and towels and/or cleaning. We try to be flexible, but as a rule the entrance to our house is after 14h and the exit before 11am. The deposit requested via Airbnb is 500 € and is not cashed, it's like when you rent a car for example, Airbnb takes a banking authorization that serves only in case of proven damage. There is no reason why it should be used otherwise. The house is strictly non-smoking but you can smoke in the garden if you wish.
