Luka Court is a pet friendly 3 bedroom home on a quiet Ballarat court. It sleeps 6, with a king bed, two queens and two bathrooms. Breakfast is waiting when you arrive: cereal, milk, bread and coffee station. Soak in the jet spa bath, cook on the BBQ under string lights, or pick from the veggie garden in season. Parking is free. Walk to Albert Street shops, Woolworths and local cafes. Sovereign Hill and Lake Wendouree are a short drive away. The space Luka Court is a three bedroom family home with a private backyard. You get the whole house to yourselves, and your dog is welcome too. Breakfast We stock the kitchen before you arrive with cereal, milk, bread, snacks and a coffee station. Bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. Fresh linen and towels are ready for all six guests. Living areas The main lounge has a large sofa and a smart TV with Netflix. A second family room gives kids and groups their own space, with board games and activities. A desk lets you work during your stay. Kitchen and dining The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking full meals. The dining table seats the whole group. Bathrooms The house has two bathrooms. The main bathroom has a deep jet spa bath for a long soak after a day out. It is a jetted bath, not a full spa. Outdoors The covered patio has lounge seating, string lights and a BBQ. Pick fresh produce from the veggie garden when it is in season. Guest access The whole house is yours. That includes all three bedrooms, both living areas, the kitchen, the covered patio with BBQ and the private backyard. Parking is free. Check yourself in with the key safe any time from 3 pm to 10 pm. Other things to note Pets Dogs and other pets are welcome. Tell us when you book so we can get the house ready. Families A cot and a high chair are available on request. Security and quiet hours Exterior security cameras cover the outside of the property. They do not record inside the house. Noise decibel monitors inside the house help us keep to quiet hours for our neighbours. They measure sound levels and do not record audio.
