Superb top floor apartment located in Pueblo Latino near to Torre de la Horadada and just a few minutes from the beach. This lovely apartment is fully furnished with contemporary modern furniture and is fully equipped for self catering.  The apartment is located in a private urbanization with a shared swimming pool and childrens play area set in the gardens.  The balcony of the apartment overlooks the inside of the development and the pool and garden areas. The building itself has a lift for those not so comfortable with stairs. One inside the apartment everything is on the same level except the roof solarium which is accessed via a flight of stairs inside the apartment. Air conditioning is fitted to the living room and both bedrooms for the warmer months and bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment. Please bring beach towels for use by the pool and on the beach. Mil Palmeras beach is just a few minutes walk from the apartment and the towns of Teorre de la Horadada and Mil Palmeras are an easy walk from the property. There is plenty of choice for eating out in Torre de la Horadada and there is a very nice marina that is overlooked by several cafe's and restaurants. Both Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada have supermarkets and you can find a few larger ones in the nearby town of Pilar de la Horadada. Car hire is not essential as there are local buses and taxis are readily available.  The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. It is fully equipped for self catering with a full kitchen with fridge / freezer, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine and all of the necessary pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. This is a very nice apartment ideal for couples or small families that want a quiet holiday near to the beach and local amenities.  Alicante airport is 55 minutes from the apartment and Murcia International around 45 minutes by car.
