The space The interior furnishings of this charming structure reflect Apulian tradition and are decorated with unique furniture designed exclusively for this residence. The villa consists of 3 adjacent units (a trullo and two lamie), each with its own independent entrance. The trullo area of 200 sqm is entirely characterized by local stone walls, which keep these rooms very cool. For the winter months there is underfloor heating. This area consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom, elegantly furnished, features a fireplace, a TV, and 2 single beds, set within a characteristic stone niche. The living room is perfect for relaxing while watching TV and can become a bedroom thanks to the comfortable sofa bed. From the living room, there is access to the covered veranda with a table and chairs. The first bathroom, entirely made of stone, features a toilet, bidet, sink, bathtub, and complimentary toiletries. The second bathroom is a service bathroom with a sink, bidet, and toilet. Finally, the characteristic kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils. The "Lamia Verde" of 70 sqm consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), two complete en-suite bathrooms, and a living area with a sofa, table, and kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all kitchen utensils. The large double bedroom is furnished with an impressive wooden panel with two wardrobes on either side. The two en-suite bathrooms consist of a shower, toilet, sink, and complimentary toiletries. Outside, there is an elegant veranda with a table and chairs. The second "Lamia suite" is a spacious open area with a double bedroom, a full bathroom, and a living area. The bright living area has a sofa, table, TV, fireplace, and a small open kitchen with all comforts (refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, etc.). The living area leads to its veranda with a table, comfortable seating, and wicker chairs. These two independent "Lamie" (typical Apulian constructions) ensure complete privacy.
