The house, which was extensively renovated in 2025, is located in a quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the village center. The modern and brightly furnished vacation room with balcony is located on the first floor. The approximately 12.5 sqm bedroom is adjacent to the associated bathroom with approximately 5.5 sqm, which is equipped with a spacious shower, toilet and bidet. Room is suitable for 2 adults + 1 toddler if necessary. Available at extra charge: use of shared kitchen, study, wine tasting The space The vacation room rental in this house was first operated in the 1960s. My grandparents already enjoyed welcoming guests from all over the world. My grandmother, who was born in Belgium, was especially happy to interact with guests from her old homeland. Since the major renovation in 2025, the building consists of 3 residential units, all of which are inhabited by family members, and a separate guest room. The hostess is Jennifer Hollaus who runs a wine shop together with her partner Alexander Gobin. Therefore, private wine tastings are also offered in the house. Alexander is a certified sommelier and speaks several languages: Spanish (native language), English, Italian and of course German. Jennifer and Alexander not only share a passion for good food and wine, but also love the conviviality and exchange with their guests. Guest access The vacation room is located on the 2nd floor. From the hosts you get both a front door key and a room key. Key: Deposit €100 Of course, you will get this back at checkout, unless the key was lost On the same floor there is a shared kitchen (incl. induction stovetop, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven/steamer, dishes, small dining area, etc.), which can be used for an additional fee. The coffee machine (including beans) and the kettle including tea selection is available to our guests free of charge! As a special highlight, we also offer wine tastings in the house - free of charge for guests who stay at least 7 nights (we recommend fixing the date before arrival; not available between 12/24-06.01.; ). Our sommelier Alexander is always happy to answer all kinds of questions from curious newcomers in this field, but is at least as happy to philosophize with experienced wine lovers. The wine tasting for 2 people can be booked at an extra cost. If you are interested, please message us. Other things to note A bakery, a pizzeria, a pharmacy and the tourist association can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. A supermarket and the village doctor are about a 10-minute walk away. Muttereralm: 1 km Axamer Lizum: 16 km (free ski bus from the village center of Mutters) Schlick2000: 15 km Stubay (swimming pool & sauna): 14 km - reachable with the STB in about 45 minutes Natterer See: 5 km Innsbruck Old Town: 7 km STB Stubaitalbahn - about 6-minute walk, normally runs every 30 minutes towards Innsbruck or towards Stubaital Ski bus - about 3 minutes' walk away, runs hourly to Axamer Lizum and back; but only in winter from about 12/20 to about 03/05!
