Small but nice! This apartment newly renovated in January 2026 is now available for relaxing stays in nature. Situated on a small private pony farm, far away from street noise. Located between Hamburg and Bremen, on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath, ideal for day trips to Hamburg, Bremen, the Baltic Sea coast, hikes in the beautiful heath, or a visit to the HeidePark, Tister Bauernmoor, or Pietzmoor. Nice walking opportunities right outside the front door. The space The apartment has a small separate entrance area, with wardrobe. The apartment itself is open plan living. Kitchen, living room and sleeping area are in one room. Bathroom with shower and washing machine is separate. The apartment has a 1.60 m double bed and a sofa bed. It is fully equipped, including a washing machine, microwave, extra pillows (e.g., neck pillows), Smart TV, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook comfortably. Linens and towels are furnished. The apartment is newly renovated and from January 2026 we warmly welcome our guests. In the immediate vicinity of the horse stable/paddock. Other things to note By arrangement and at your own risk/responsibility, you may take care of the two Shetties (e.g., grooming, feeding, walking, cleaning up after them). In some cases, there may be wood/sawing work on Saturday mornings. If possible, it will be placed outside of the booking time. Otherwise, tranquility and idyll are guaranteed. Baby equipment (available for a fee): please ask when booking what you need (baby cot, blankets, high chair, children's dishes, fall-out protection) A car or the like is needed, there is no good connection for public transport. Tostedt center/train station about 15 minutes away. Lauenbrück train station about 10 minutes by car.
