Guests must submit a booking request and receive approval prior to confirming their stay. • Only registered guests are permitted. Please ensure the correct number of guests, including children, is declared at the time of booking. Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. • No pets allowed. Bringing pets without prior approval will result in double charges for any damage and additional cleaning. • A $500 security deposit is required and will be collected by Airbnb at the time of booking. • Check-in is subject to provided instructions. Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and is subject to availability. Unapproved late check-out will incur additional cleaning staff waiting fees. • Lost or damaged keys/remotes must be reported immediately. Replacement costs will be charged if items are lost, damaged, or not returned. • Strict no-party policy—We want you to enjoy your stay! However, out of respect for our neighbours and in accordance with local regulations, Quiet Hours are strictly observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. During this time, loud parties and high-volume music are not permitted • Security cameras are installed at the garage entrance. Any breach of house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund of rent or deposit. • PARKING REGULATIONS -In accordance with local council regulations, all guest vehicles must be parked within the garage or on the private driveway of the property. On-street parking or parking on nature strips is strictly prohibited. Any fines or penalties issued by the council due to improper parking will be the sole responsibility of the guest. Failure to do so may result in loss of deposit and/or termination of your stay without refund.
