With a pedestrian overpass on the corner it's an easy 5 1/2 block to the best family beach in San Diego, La Jolla Shores Beach. The Summerhouse features a 1/2 acre with a grass volleyball / badminton court, hot tub, fire circle, patio and two good BBQ areas screened by large palm, pepper and bird of paradise trees. There are four bedrooms and six beds (2 Cal Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Queen hide-a-bed, 1 Full sofa-bed). The Summerhouse presents a pleasant house in a tropical setting where families and / or friends can have a private and enjoyable time either on the property or with a short walk to the beach or nearby restaurants and shops.
