Surrounded by the peaceful nature of Aso, the villa offers an open and refreshing stay with a spacious wooden deck and a sky deck where you can enjoy breathtaking starry nights. During your stay, you may also enjoy complimentary access to the local hot spring, Aso Onsen, located within walking distance. Soak in the gentle, soothing waters and let the fatigue of your journey melt away. Please note: Aso Onsen’s business hours and closing days may vary by season. It is typically closed on Wednesdays and during the New Year holidays, and may occasionally close without notice. The villa features a private sauna filled with the natural aroma of wood. After warming up, refresh yourself with an outdoor cool-down while surrounded by nature. The Japanese modern-style living room is equipped with a large projector, perfect for relaxing evenings with movies or music. BBQ and self-catering are also available. For BBQ, we provide a dedicated grill, charcoal (approx. 6kg), and tongs, making it ideal for enjoying meals together with family and friends. Other things to note ■ House Rules & Important Information To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following guidelines. ▼ Facilities, Equipment & Amenities Please handle all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care. In the event of damage, loss, or excessive stains, actual repair or replacement costs will be charged regardless of intent. Moving, modifying, disassembling, or removing any equipment or amenities from the property is prohibited. If you notice any malfunction or damage, please contact us promptly. ▼ Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly prohibited: Smoking inside the villa (including e-cigarettes) Excessive noise that may disturb neighbors (loud voices, music, late-night outdoor use, etc.) Bringing pets without prior permission Entry or use of the property by non-registered guests Indoor cooking that leaves strong odors (e.g., yakiniku or deep-frying) Any illegal activities or behavior against public order and morals If any of the above violations are confirmed, we may ask you to leave the property immediately. No refunds will be provided in such cases. ▼ Additional Cleaning Fees If the room requires extra cleaning beyond the standard service, additional charges may apply. Additional cleaning fee: JPY 5,000 – JPY 30,000 Examples include: Improper garbage separation or disposal BBQ equipment or kitchen left uncleaned Pet accidents left unattended Excessive stains on beds or sofas Smoking indoors (minimum JPY 30,000) Actual costs may be charged depending on the situation. ▼ Damage or Loss Any damage, stains, or loss of equipment and amenities will be charged at actual cost, regardless of intent. In cases of significant damage, compensation for business interruption may also be charged. ▼ Fire Safety Please handle all fire sources with extreme care. The use of candles, indoor stoves, open flames, or bonfires inside the villa is strictly prohibited. Use of fire is allowed only in designated BBQ areas. Any fire caused by negligence (including improper disposal of cigarette butts) may result in significant liability. In the event of fire, smoke damage, or equipment shutdown caused by guest actions, all related costs including repairs, business interruption, and compensation may be charged in full. ▼ Emergency Response Fee An emergency response fee of JPY 10,000 may be charged in the following cases: On-site response required due to late-night noise complaints or trouble Police involvement or neighborhood disturbance requiring staff response ▼ Safety & Liability Disclaimer The facility is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or vehicle trouble occurring on or off the property. As the villa is located in a natural environment, insects, wildlife, and weather changes may occur. We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, power outages, water interruptions, or communication failures. Any injuries or theft during your stay are the guest’s responsibility and not covered by compensation. ▼ Reservation Information If false information is provided regarding the number of guests or ages, additional charges may apply. Unauthorized additional guests or visitors are strictly prohibited. ▼ Lost & Found Lost items will be kept for a limited period and may be disposed of if unclaimed.
