This unit also features small botanical details to complement the intricate wood material and texture of the vernacular furnishings. Amenities: This compact 12-square-meter unit has a comfortable double-sized bed, kitchenette, breakfast nook, dedicated work area, and a Netflix-ready TV. Airbnb home: Quatrefoil House by Magnet Homes is a newly built house with four different themed rooms for short-stay vacations, designed with privacy and user experience in mind. Transport via car: 1 minute away from Nueva Ecija Doctor’s Hospital (700M) 6 minutes away from S&R Cabanatuan (2.3KM) 7 minutes away from SM Cabanatuan (2.1KM) 11 minutes away from Cabanatuan Public Market (4.8KM) 14 minutes away from Cabanatuan Terminal (4KM) Guest access Our guests have access to the front door, which leads to the stairways. All of our 4 Airbnb rooms are located on the 2nd floor. Other things to note ID Verification: Starting July 15, 2026. We will be conducting manual ID verifications in compliance with R.A. 7610. Minors must be accompanied with immediate families only. Unaccompanied minors will be denied entry. Visitors are also mandated to present an ID. No services: Offering services of any kind within the unit is strictly prohibited. Commercial photography and filming are not allowed inside the unit. No refunds: Our unit has a strict non-refundable cancellation policy. Which means the reservation becomes nonrefundable for a period of time HOA: Our Airbnb location is inside a private subdivision. The Subdivision management may or may not require guests to surrender 1 valid ID to obtain a visitor’s pass. Owners: If the guard asks you where you are going, please say you’ll be visiting the “Magno Residence.” Quiet hours: Our quiet hours start at 9 PM until 7 AM. We kindly request that guests observe silence as a courtesy to other guests. Other rules: 1. Lost keys penalty fee - 200 PHP 2.Smoking penalty fee - 500 PHP 3. If you wish to check in early or check out late, we have a 100 pesos per hour fee. Please ask the host first if early check-in/late check-out is available.
