Orchid Villa is a unique 3bhk villa with a private full size pickleball court, an infinity pool, Foosball, Badminton, a huge greenhouse with orchids blooming, beautiful Mudhol hounds in their dedicated secure enclosure and Kashid beach famous for its water sports and spectacular sunsets which is 1km away. We have a huge patio with outdoor dining and bbq, a cabana with outdoor seating and loungers next to the pool. The villa is built for families to bond together in one space. Check in is between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm, and check out is before 11:00 am. Swimming pool hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. After 8:00 pm the pool is chlorinated and vacuumed to prepare it for use the next morning. Pickleball court access is free from 7:00 am to sunset. After sunset, floodlights are required to continue playing and are available at an additional charge of 500 per hour. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the house, and loud music is not permitted after 10:00 pm. Meal timings are as follows: breakfast from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, lunch from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and dinner from 8:00 pm to 10:30 pm. Dinner will be served before 10:30 pm. Guests may continue to sit or celebrate afterward, but the staff will leave by 10:30 pm.
