Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, including all indoor living spaces, the screened outdoor entertaining area, private backyard, laundry facilities and off-street parking. Check-in is simple and flexible with secure self-check-in via lockbox. Your access code and arrival instructions will be provided prior to your stay, allowing you to arrive at a time that suits you. Other things to note - Pets are welcome; however, we ask that owners clean up after their pets and ensure they are supervised at all times. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls and any other items your furry companion may need during their stay. - The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and early morning hours. - A small starter supply of tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper and bathroom essentials is provided for your arrival. For longer stays, guests may wish to purchase additional supplies. - Premium hotel-quality linen and bath towels are provided for all guests. Please bring your own beach towels for days spent by the water. - Check-in is via secure self-check-in using a lockbox. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided prior to your stay. - The property accommodates up to seven guests when using the fold-out futon in the master bedroom. - While the backyard is fully fenced and suitable for most pets, we recommend that owners assess the space upon arrival to ensure it meets the specific needs of their pet. - Golden Beach is known for its relaxed coastal lifestyle, waterfront walks, boating and fishing opportunities.
