It is not suitable for parties or unauthorised events. The powered Yurt Suite and Bell Tent Suite are located approximately 15 metres from the farmhouse and form part of the estate experience. Guests should be comfortable with this layout when booking. Guests have plenty of space to enjoy the property, including the indoor spa, giant outdoor chess and basketball hoop. Coming soon — the fully enclosed 7m × 18m Redgum Entertainment Pavilion, providing a large all-weather space for guests to relax and enjoy during their stay. The property is set on open country just 30 metres from the Avoca River. Children should be supervised around the river and throughout the rural property. Pets are welcome by prior approval — please include or enquire about pets when booking.
