The space This newly built, modern semi-detached house offers 140 sqm of space across two floors, making it ideal for families, groups, or business travelers. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: a coffee machine with fresh coffee, spices, oil, pans, and pots are all provided, so you can cook and bake to your heart’s content. The open dining area invites you to enjoy meals together. Four separate bedrooms with comfortable beds accommodate up to 8 guests. The large, modern bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub - towels and bed linen are, of course, included. For longer stays, a modern washer-dryer is available - ideal for staying flexible and independent during extended trips. Outside, you’ll find a private garden with a terrace, grill, and fire pit - perfect for relaxing hours outdoors. A carport and two free parking spaces are available for your vehicle. High-speed Wi-Fi and a bright workspace also make this property attractive for business travelers and digital nomads. Here you’ll find comfort, tranquility, and flexibility - ideal for families, friends, or colleagues. Guest access You have flexible, 24/7 access to the accommodation - check-in is possible at any time. Access is conveniently provided via a key lockbox located directly at the house. You will receive the individual code for the lockbox in good time before your arrival. This allows you to check in independently, regardless of your arrival time, without being tied to fixed hours. All areas of the accommodation are exclusively available to you. Please note that some rooms (e.g. private storage areas) are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Before your arrival, you will receive all relevant check-in information, including the code for the key lockbox. Please complete the check-in form in advance, which we will send to you in good time. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Parties and events are not allowed. Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest; please return the keys to the lockbox after your stay. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. A private parking space and free Wi-Fi are available for your use. Please observe the designated quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. In the event of a lost key, you will be liable for the resulting costs. Please ventilate the property regularly and ensure all windows and doors are closed when leaving. Commercial use of the accommodation, as well as taking and publishing photos or videos for commercial purposes, is not permitted.
