The space The house is on the first floor with a garage on the ground floor. It is possible to park several vehicles in front of the house. On the 2nd floor: • a bedroom with a 160 bed with a crib and a large closet. • one bedroom with a 140 cm bed + 90 cm bed (pull-out bed). Storage for clothes. • bathroom with bathtub and storage • children's play area on the landing. (Safety barrier for the stairs) On the 1st floor: • toilet with small sink • fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, hood, sink, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery, condiments for cooking. A dining area on the island. • open living room with sofa (convertible for sleeping 2 people), connected TV with streaming channels and TNT. • dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people. • a loggia overlooking the front of the house (small park). On the ground floor: • toilet • garage • entrance area where you can leave coats, shoes and coats • a door opening onto the outdoor terrace and the sunny grounds.
