Small typical winegrower's house, completely renovated to make it a cozy and comfortable cocoon in one of the most beautiful villages in France: the medieval village of Flavigny-Sur-Ozerain. Architectural harmony, beautiful countryside, calm and serenity... this is what characterizes the house and the village. This is a typical winegrower's house, with stone walls, and Merovingian cellars, it is located in a site of high architectural interest. It is very comfortable, cozy, and suitable for a couple, or a couple and one or two small children. Total area of 60 m2. Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests. There is no garden, but the adjoining alley allows the installation of armchairs. Other things to note The house has two connecting bedrooms. In the first bedroom, a 160/200 bed. In the second bedroom, two 80/200 beds that can become a 160/200 bed. The beds are fitted with duvets. Linens and towels are not automatically included in the rental for practical reasons. They are to be requested as an option if really necessary at the price of €25 per bed and €5 per person for towels.
