Smoking is permitted outside on the balcony only, with the door fully closed at all times. Parking: Guests may use one allocated car bay only (Unit 7). Please do not park in any other residents’ bays. Street parking is available for additional vehicles. Quiet hours are 9:00pm – 7:00am. Please be respectful of neighbours at all times, as this is a residential complex. Visitors: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Any daytime visitors must be approved by the host in advance and must comply with house rules and quiet hours. Please treat the home with care, as this is a privately owned residence.
