This fantastic complex offers a private entrance with a large common hall with sliding glass doors, marble floors, a small sitting area with 2 luxurious armchairs covered in precious velvet and even a modern lift to the upper floors. This breathtaking suite enjoys its own private entrance via an external staircase not directly connected to the main entrance of the building, but of course inside the private complex and offers a small outdoor terrace, equipped with sun beds, sun chairs and a small coffee table with chairs. As you enter the apartment, you will soon find a bright and well appointed living area, complete of a small sofa bed perfect to accomodate 1 adult, 2 armchairs, a small dining table and a lovely kitchenette, which can be hidden when not in use. This wonderful suite offers 2 step-out balconies which allow natural light to pass through illuminating the entire ambience. Along the corridor there is a small bathroom with shower. Entering the bedroom area there is a fantastic four-poster bed with king size mattress: a particurlarly well appointed room with en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, a separate shower room and a separate toilet room. This luxuriuos bathroom has gold finishes and mosaics, a real gem!
