It offers a beautiful setting, quick access to the beach, a swimming pool, and outdoor amenities. The villa is perfect for sharing special moments while still preserving privacy. The space The Accommodation: The villa is secured by an electric gate as well as a separate private entrance door. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to ensure the house is properly locked when you go out and during the night. You benefit from free on-site parking in front of the property, with space for up to two vehicles. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a spacious hallway leading to a fully equipped kitchen, centered around a large kitchen island. This is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals with family or friends. All necessary utensils, appliances, and tableware can be found in the drawers. The kitchen opens seamlessly onto a welcoming dining area and a cozy living room, creating a warm atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home. A separate guest toilet is located on the ground floor, along with a washing machine and a drying rack (cold wash only, no temperature adjustment). Bedrooms: The villa features three double bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two upstairs), designed to offer optimal comfort. All bedrooms are identical in terms of amenities and include: A private en-suite bathroom with toilet A walk-in closet Bed linens, pillows, bath towels, and hangers Hair dryer Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy a large terrace offering a true outdoor living area, with ocean views and a swimming pool inviting you to relax. A barbecue is also available. Sunsets from the terrace are particularly stunning. With a drink in hand, the aroma of grilled food in the air, and the gentle sound of the waves, these moments create unforgettable memories. Comfort & Amenities: Air conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room Free Wi-Fi Iron and ironing board Television (Netflix only) Oven, refrigerator, microwave, and gas cooktop Dining table and chairs in the living room Outdoor table and chairs on the terrace Trash disposal area located next to the electric gate Direct Beach Access: A staircase located below the villa provides direct access to the beach, ideal for enjoying an aperitif at sunset with family or friends. Please respect nature by taking your trash and personal belongings with you. Access is via the stairs located to the left of the terrace, then again to your left. (The beach below the villa is not suitable for swimming.) Important Information: Souillac is a charming and welcoming village but somewhat remote. We recommend renting a car to make getting around easier and to fully enjoy the freedom of exploring Mauritius. Alternatively, a bus station or taxis is located just a 5-minute walk from the villa. Every Wednesday around 7:00 a.m., Rayan accesses the terrace to maintain and clean the swimming pool. Please note that the swimming pool is not equipped with any safety features (no fence, barrier, cover, or alarm). Children must be supervised at all times. There may be some foot traffic in the shared courtyard and below the property. This may include people working on outdoor maintenance or guests staying in neighboring villas or studios located below. Regular pest control treatments are carried out; however, we cannot fully guarantee the absence of insects. Tap water can be used for cooking. For drinking, we recommend bottled water if you are sensitive. A few bottles will be provided upon arrival. Due to the proximity to the sea, we strongly recommend airing the villa daily to prevent humidity, which is a natural phenomenon in coastal areas. As the villa is adjacent to the Telfair Garden, it may occasionally happen—especially in the evening or at night—that you hear dogs barking or music played by people nearby. Noise levels are generally low, but we prefer to inform guests who may be sensitive to sound. An information sheet is available in the villa, listing activities, places to visit, restaurants, and useful addresses for a peaceful stay. You will also find this information in the “House Manual,” which will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. This villa has been thoughtfully designed to help you relax and fully enjoy the charm of Mauritius while creating unforgettable memories. Every detail has been carefully considered to make your holiday a truly exceptional experience. Guest access You have access to all areas of the house; however, for safety reasons, we kindly ask that you do not access the roof, which is easily reachable via the last staircase in the house. The beach located directly below the villa is not ideal for swimming. However, just a few meters to the right on foot (below the garden), you will find a small cove where swimming is possible, provided you do not go too far due to the currents.
