With no neighbors on either side, this 5,000-sq-ft villa delivers uninterrupted ocean panoramas from all five king suites—each with its own spa-quality ensuite and stunning sea views. All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, Bella Vista is located on the ironshore bluff, so for beach swimming, our guests will usually drive to the famous Rum Point Club, where our guests are welcomed to use the sun loungers, swim in the water, dine and drink, or hire watersports...all with a 10% discount earned by renting with our company. All guests will receive a guest benefit card, accepted at select restaurants and vendors throughout Grand Cayman. ***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed*** Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival--we try our best to work around Mother Nature. ***Getting Around*** A rental car is recommended. Taxis are everywhere, but fares can get expensive, especially for shuttling around George Town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. We recommend Budget Cayman (20% discount available after booking), Avis, or Marshalls for rental cars. Other things to note Villa guests can check in at our Welcome Center located at 846 Frank Sound Road. Directions and check-in procedures will be emailed 2 weeks before arrival.
