The space The accommodation features a ground floor living area with a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a full bathroom with toilet and shower, and a back patio. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a small wardrobe, and a mini-split air conditioner; and the second with a double bed and a single bed, also with a mini-split air conditioner for your comfort. At the front of the property, there's a small terrace and a carport with space for a small car or up to three large motorcycles. We have a security camera at the front and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your peace of mind. The property is bordered only by the side of the hospital, providing a great sense of privacy. Guest access You are renting an entire accommodation, so there are no access restrictions to any of its areas, obviously making proper and responsible use of the facilities.
