Villa Maria - Relax & Comfort with Solarium

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the first heights of the Ligurian east, through this delightful two-story villa! We are in a quiet and peaceful environment, where relaxation will be the master. The large indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for accommodating large families and groups of friends, for a holiday in peace and quiet and in company. Less than 15 minutes from the sea and halfway between Portofino and the Cinque Terre, this villa is a real gem! The space The villa has two comfortable private parking spaces, as well as a large outdoor space, completely fenced, to enjoy dinners, lunches and breakfasts in the open air. It also has a delightful solarium with a 180-degree view, from which you can see the Ligurian Sea even better. The entrance is in the large and bright open-plan living room, with the sofa bed that accommodates two people. From the living room you reach a small hallway that divides the various spaces: kitchen complete with the necessary services, laundry area, closet and bathroom. On the second floor, there is the second full bathroom and the two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a single bed, and both with a lovely view of the valley. Guest access The villa is available in its entirety. Other things to note We are located on the first hills of Carasco, so the last 3/4 minutes of the journey are on a narrow road, but it is certainly passable with any type of car.
