The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with incredible natural light throughout the apt all day! The space There are no air conditioners in these older building in Adams Point/Lake Merritt so it can get a little warm in the apt on a very hot summer day. If you open all the widows in the evening, the apt stays cool! The building is located on a semi-busy street during rush hour, so if you are very sensitive to noise please consider that. Guest access You will have access to the entire private apartment. There is a shared garden and coin laundry on site! I do not provide laundry detergent or quarters but sometimes management has quarters so let me know in advance and I will get you some!
