We invite you to join us on the picturesque sunset side of Rarotonga in Rua, one of our 3 stylishly appointed holiday homes set in large tropical gardens. The space Superior Villa ‘Rua’ is a holiday home of over 900 square feet with 2 spacious bedrooms with mountain and garden views. Perfect as your island home away from home. An Adults Only property (we accept children 16 yo + or by exception when all 3 villas are booked). This ground floor, well located villa has all the modern amenities you will need and is set in a lush tropical garden. There is a stunning saltwater swimming pool on site as well as a Bbq gazebo hut. A short stroll to Raro's best sunset beach, fantastic cafes, restaurants and beach bars are all within easy reach. Starter pack of locally sourced breakfast supplies is provided on arrival. Villa owners are available on site for any help or recommendations. Guest access Each of Arcadia's guests have complete freedom of the property which is spread over almost 3,000 square metres . There are many tropical fruit trees, banana, papaya, limes, coconut, star fruit and others. These are yours to pick and enjoy, when in season. The sparkling saltwater pool is yours to enjoy as is the Bbq hut (Gazebo) and its facilities. We strive to make your vacation a memorable one and to entice you to come back again and again.
