The house was born from the recovery of an ancient carpentry of the Val di Zoldo, in the heart of the Dolomites. A place designed to slow down and rediscover silence. The stone building has been thoroughly renovated, preserving its identity and making it comfortable for contemporary living. The original larch beams and boards tell the story of the place. Ideal for couples and quiet families who love to experience the mountains in an authentic way, between skiing, nature and tranquility all year round. The space The accommodation is spread over about 80 square meters and is suitable for up to 4 guests: - bedroom with double bed - living room with sofa bed - open kitchen to the living room - windowed bathroom with shower and bidet The bedroom is large and quiet, characterized by reclaimed larch beams and essential furnishings designed to promote rest. The living area is bright and well proportioned, with an open kitchen and a cozy but comfortable living room. The kitchen is designed for practical and everyday use, suitable for both quick meals and leisurely cooking. Main amenities: - induction hob - refrigerator with freezer -Microwave - Dishwasher - kettle - Nespresso coffee machine - dedicated area with washing machine and dryer for exclusive use - smart TV - Bed linen and towels included - basic courtesy set Thermal comfort is guaranteed by an underfloor heating system throughout the house, designed to ensure a uniform and constant temperature, without excesses, in line with a conscious and efficient use of the systems. The bathroom is spacious and windowed, with a spacious shower and essential finishes. Guest access Access to the accommodation is directly from the street. There are three steps at the main entrance; for this reason, the accommodation is not suitable for people with serious walking difficulties. There are no balconies or terraces; a small, private, uncovered entrance is available. Parking is public on the street, near the accommodation. The context is that of a traditional and very quiet village. There are no clubs or nightlife in the immediate vicinity (about 1 km); the main village services are however easily accessible and allow you to stay in a practical way even in a very quiet environment. The view opens onto a traditional barn and the Civetta group, in a still authentic and non-touristy setting. The renovation favored solutions oriented towards efficiency and respect for the place: - recovery and consolidation of a resistant historic structure - efficient systems designed to ensure comfort and continuity - recovery and enhancement of historical materials, including larch ceiling beams and boards - pay attention to the progressive reduction of the use of plastic, limited to the needs only Tap water is drinkable and of excellent quality.
