I rent a cozy apartment 2-3kk in a cottage on the 2nd floor in a beautiful environment near the forest - occupancy 2- 9 persons. View - forest/nature. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, De'Longhi coffee machine (coffee for a fee), blender, microwave, induction hob, kettle and oven. Dishes, pots and other necessary things for cooking/baking. Sponges, jar, towels are a matter of course. Basic groceries available. In the pantry-fridge. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, hairdryer, towels. A Weber grill is available for a fee. Outdoor seating, table tennis. The space The cottage is located right next to the forest, a few meters from the cottage there is a beautiful hike to the rock formation from which you can see the dam, see photo 18.(Collection of forest fruits), 4km from the Lipno Dam and the fantastic area of Marina Lipno with great recreational opportunities - bicycles, swimming, rafting, aqua park, hopsarium, bobsleigh track, treetop trails, rope park, ski resort - with a frozen lake the largest skating rink in the world - 12km. Between Loučovice and Vyšší Brod there is one of the most difficult water routes in the world - Čertovy proudy. Loučovice is 690m above sea level. Guest access When occupied by 4 people, the entire floor is available - the entire space offered. If only 3 people are staying, 1 room will be closed. (possible agreement).
