The sauna is located directly inside the apartment and is available exclusively for your private use at any time and at no additional costs. 🌳 Location & surroundings: The UNESCO-listed old town of Regensburg is just 15 minutes away via the A3, offering historic sights, cafés, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is located directly on the hiking trail to the historic Loch Castle, making it ideal for a walk or a short hike right from the doorstep. For active guests, the popular Schönhofen climbing area is only about 10 minutes by car. Well-known hiking routes such as the Jurasteig also run through the region, while cyclists benefit from the nearby Danube Cycle Path. The impressive Walhalla memorial can be reached in around 25 minutes. A supermarket and bakery are just 2 minutes away by car, and the traditional Eichhofen brewery inn with beer garden is within easy walking distance. 💻 Workation: Desk and Wi-Fi available – perfect for home office or creative work. 🛏️ Bedrooms: Two separate bedrooms with comfortable boxspring beds (2× queen size 160×200 cm) plus a baby travel cot. 🛋️ Living room: Features a dining area, TV and a comfortable queen-size boxspring sofa bed (160×200 cm) – can be used as a third sleeping area. ☕ Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and NESPRESSO machine. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) and is for your exclusive use. There are no steps inside the apartment. Please note that there is no elevator in the building and that the property is located on a hillside. This means there is a slight uphill walk and a few steps leading to the building entrance. Inside the building, you will also need to climb a flight of stairs to reach the apartment. Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen, towels, soap, shower gel, as well as a complimentary welcome coffee and tea set. Additional services: Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked for an additional fee (15€/h). Before check-in, a registration form including the guest’s nationality must be completed. For international guests, a copy of their ID or passport must also be provided before check-in. This is a legal registration requirement. The access code for check-in will only be sent once the required information has been received and, for international guests, the relevant ID or passport copies have been provided. Use of the infrared sauna is at the guest’s own responsibility. Guests are responsible for ensuring that there are no health-related reasons that would prevent them from using the sauna. To the extent permitted by law, the host accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use of the sauna.
