Private room in finished basement for ONE guest. 15 minutes to Denver, 20 min to Boulder, 1 mile to light rail (to downtown & airport). Cozy 10'x10' room w/ full bed, Flat screen color TV with Roku options, Wifi, mini frig, microwave. 3 rooms share 2 full baths. Later check in OK, just let us know in advance. Smoking is OUTSIDE only in designated area. Note: We have two very active kittens! If you are allergic or uncomfortable with cats this is not a good fit. The space My passion is sustainablity which we practice inside and out through recyling, native landscaping and honoring our earth. All plants and prairie grasses on the property have been chosen for their low water needs (xeriscaping) which is appropriate for this semi arid climate. We provide a designated and safe area for smoking next to the driveway. ( If you would like to visit our gardens out back during the summer months, let us know.) Guest access We have three rooms downstairs that share two full baths. One bathroom is off the hallway, the other off the laundry room. Guests can use either one. On this level there are two bed rooms for Airbnb guests and another is the co- host, Jon, who can help you with any questions or issues. There is a coffee/tea counter in the open area which is shared by guests. During your stay The best way to get in touch is by text if you don’t see one of us around. Other things to note When you arrive, enter through the SIDE DOOR off the driveway and go directly down the stairs. You should receive the door code in your check in instructions. Your room will be at the end of the hallway with the number #1 on the door.
