Other things to note Our exclusive bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the ground floor on the south side of our house, with its own entrance, hallway and direct access from the parking lot. On your own terrace with adjoining garden, you can start a relaxing day with a sunny breakfast. Of course, garden furniture & loungers are also included. The new apartment (first rental May 2021) with about 37 sqm is modernly decorated and very well equipped with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains, such as the Wilder Kaiser, Hochgern, Hochfelln, Kampenwand and Watzmann. Depending on the weather, flower/leaf level, you can enjoy this daily. A spacious and bright living area with couch, flat-screen TV, kitchenette (including dishwasher, ceramic hob, hood, microwave) and dining table. A separate bedroom with a box spring double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) offers a good night's sleep. There is a shower, toilet, hairdryer and mirror cabinet in the bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available, LAN on request. Safety measures: Due to the current situation, we attach great importance to our guests feeling comfortable and, above all, safe with us. Of course, as hosts, we wear FFP-2 masks upon your arrival and maintain a safe distance. On request, the check-in can be done contactlessly via the key safe. After departure, a corresponding surface disinfection is carried out, as well as dish and laundry cleaning in the highest temperature range. An automatic disinfectant dispenser is also located in the entrance area.
