The space The accommodation on the ground floor covers about 115 m² and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay for all those who want to actively experience the Alps and at the same time appreciate tranquility and a harmonious living environment. Two separate bedrooms with double beds, one made of pine wood, make for restful nights. In the spacious living room, there is also a comfortable double pull-out couch and, if necessary, two single folding beds, so that even larger groups can be comfortably accommodated. At the heart of the property is the bright, open living room with a tiled stove as a quiet focal point. The large, fully equipped kitchen has ample space for cooking and meals together. The bathroom has shower and bathtub, the toilet is separate. Large windows bring plenty of natural light into the living rooms and open the view of the surrounding alpine landscape with mountains and meadows. The accommodation includes a terrace of approximately 40 m². The spacious garden with a natural pond, fruit trees and berries, which offers plenty of space to relax, can be shared with the other residents of the house. The location is ideal for active days in the alps. Numerous hiking trails and tours start directly in the area and lead through forests, pastures and towards panoramic peaks. The Liechtensteinklamm can be reached in a few minutes and is one of the most impressive nature experiences in the region. Just nearby is the Geisterberg Alpendorf as a starting point for hikes and mountain tours. For warm days, there are swimming facilities such as the swimming lake Plankenau. The offer is complemented by archery courses as well as numerous mountain biking and cycling routes in the region. Private parking is available right in front of the house. The location is quiet, close to nature and right on the edge of the forest, making it an ideal starting point for an active stay in the Alps. Guest access Access to the house is via a common entrance door of the three-story house, from there the private entrance leads directly into the apartment. All living spaces are available, including the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet and terrace. The garden with a natural pond can also be used. Private parking is available right in front of the house. A small garage parking space can be used, subject to availability. Due to the narrow and low driveway, we ask that you consult with the hosts in advance so that the suitability for the respective vehicle can be clarified. Other things to note Local tax and fees: In addition to the accommodation price, there is a local tax of EUR 2.50 per guest (>15 years) per night, which is charged after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center and paid directly to the municipality of St. Johann im Pongau. This enables, among other things, the use of the Salzburger Sportwelt Card and the Guest Mobility Ticket for free use of public transportation throughout the state of Salzburg.
