Set in a peaceful yet easily accessible location, the house offers spacious living, a large open-plan kitchen with AGA, log burner, games room and enclosed garden, with walks and pubs from the doorstep. Sleeping up to 8 across four bedrooms, the house combines original features such as exposed beams with thoughtful modern comforts. At the heart of the home is a large open-plan kitchen and dining space with an AGA (available during the cooler months), alongside a separate dining room perfect for celebrations and evening meals. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating, a wood-burning stove and a large TV with DVD player and a selection of films. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms: two super king rooms with en-suites (one with bath and shower, one with shower), and two twin rooms. The main bathroom features a generous walk-in shower and a roll-top bath. A separate games room with TV, sofa and games provides additional space for relaxing. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with patio, outdoor dining table and chairs, and lawned area, ideal for families. There is also undercroft storage available during your stay. Ample parking is available for several cars. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire farmhouse, garden and outdoor areas. Parking is available directly outside the property. The setting is peaceful and tucked away, while still being easy to reach. Other things to note The farmhouse is set in a quiet, rural location with beautiful walks straight from the doorstep and lovely local pubs within walking distance. Despite its peaceful setting, it is conveniently located near the M5, making it easy to explore Exeter, Bristol and both the North and South Devon coasts. We’re huge food lovers and passionate about our local area, and are always happy to recommend great places to eat, as well as walks, cycle routes and days out for families, friends or couples.
