The property is located on a 3000 m² plot with a separate terrace not far from the beach, in the countryside and in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Rostock. It is only 12 km to the Baltic Sea, the idyllic beach in Markgrafenheide. A well-developed bike path leads through the forest directly to the beach. You can reach the seaside resort of Warnemünde in about 10 km through a tunnel below the river "Warnow" that flows into the Baltic Sea. The spa town of Graal Müritz can also be reached by bike... The space The modern apartment is located on a 3000 m² plot about 4 km from the harbor. It can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people (2 adults + max. 2 children) can stay overnight. The apartment has a separate terrace with seating area / parasol / lounger and a barbecue area. The apartment is new and very spacious with its 46 m².
