The space The BOTANIC Room, with shower and sink, is located on the 2nd floor of the 19th-century house Le Clos de la Lèze and is accessed by a beautiful wooden staircase. It offers two double beds and can accommodate 2 to 4 people, as a family or with friends. The toilet is located on the landing, right next to the bedroom, and is shared with another bedroom. A courtesy tray with kettle, coffee and tea is available as well as free Wi-Fi access. There is also a mini fridge at your disposal. A continental breakfast, included in your booking, is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the house's kitchen area. Brunch option available on request (20 eur/pers.). Throughout the seasons, you can enjoy the outdoors of the house, the wooded garden, the terraces and a swimming pool in summer. Each room has been renovated, by the owners, with beautiful materials and the idea of making it a cozy nest. The house, in the countryside, offers a quiet environment, with no traffic, no noise. It offers 3 bedrooms for rent, with Wi-Fi access: Terracotta, Botanic, and Bohème, and can accommodate up to 9 guests. A warm place where you feel good as soon as you put down your suitcases. On foot, from the house, you can take paths to discover the countryside with, sometimes and depending on the weather, a view of the Pyrenees. Nearby, visit picturesque villages where you can meet local producers and enjoy the authenticity of the region. We will be happy to provide you with information! Guest access The MARILETI concierge service, made up of Marielle and Laetitia, will send you all the useful information the day before your arrival (digital welcome booklet!) You will have access to the Botanic bedroom (locked with a key). Breakfast will be served on the large wooden table in the cozy kitchen area with its large fireplace. From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. You will have access to the outdoor areas: the courtyard in front of the house to park your vehicle, the wooded garden, and on sunny days, the swimming pool & its pool house.
