Location The beautiful "Georgs Huis" is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small Frisian village of Neukirchen, overlooking the wide marsh landscape, sunsets included. It was not for nothing that the famous painter Emil Nolde moved to a district of Neukirchen - Seebüll, now a museum - in this beautiful natural landscape with ever-changing sky colors. Shopping facilities, restaurants, outdoor swimming pool, swimming lake, dyke museum, barefoot garden, Gotteskoogsee, Rickelsbüller-Koog, the North Sea with gate to the islands and Halligen and Denmark are all in the immediate vicinity. Amenities The ground-level vacation home offers you about 125 sqm of living space, a large terrace (30 sqm) facing southwest and is located on an approx. 900 sqm fenced garden plot. The spacious and light-flooded living area awaits you with a large and cozy round couch and flat-screen TV, a modern, beautifully decorated dining area and the open, exclusively equipped kitchen with refrigerator incl. freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. The two bedrooms (each with a box spring bed (180 x 200), one with a TV) can accommodate up to 4 people. The large relaxation bathroom with shower and bathtub offers you a direct view of wide fields. The guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer (fee €3.00 per wash) complete the picture. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. In good weather, the terrace invites you to relax. Sufficient comfortable garden furniture, as well as a large garden table for the whole family is provided. A charcoal grill is available for a perfect barbecue evening. Another highlight: relax in our beautiful new outdoor barrel sauna (fee €15 per sauna session). Special features Children and dogs are welcome. The large fenced garden offers plenty of space for two- and four-legged friends to romp and play. We are happy to offer you free Wi-Fi.
