Everything is on one level and features an open-concept living/dining room with a gas fireplace and a comfortable sitting area with electric leather armchairs. You have access to Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a Bluetooth radio. There is a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, etc., as well as a sculery. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The garden is surrounded by lemon, orange, and olive trees and cacti. Outside, there is a separate covered “playroom/chill-out/sitting area” with electricity and Wi-Fi, ideal for the children or for relaxing in peace. On the covered outdoor terrace, you’ll find a sitting area and a table with chairs. The enormous open-air terrace is equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, as well as a 10x5 m swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The pool is shared with a one-bedroom house. The villa may only be occupied by the persons listed on the booking form and may only be used for vacation purposes. Illegal purposes or subletting are strictly prohibited. In such cases, the tenant will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be given. You and your party agree not to cause any nuisance by producing excessive noise or engaging in any antisocial behavior. In such cases, you may be asked to leave the property, which will result in a cancellation on your part.
