Surrounded by lush greenery, with the property backing directly onto Tallebudgera Creek, you can hear the gentle flow of water and the soothing sounds of a nearby waterfall, pure bliss and serenity. The space Thoughtfully styled and warmly inviting, the home is designed for comfort and relaxation. Sleeping up to 6 guests (by request) It features two bedrooms with flexible bedding arrangements, including a roll-out single bed and a single day bed, ideal for families or small groups. The cosy living area provides a welcoming space to unwind, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals or enjoy slow mornings with coffee. Outside, a wood-fired pizza oven and generous outdoor entertaining areas make alfresco dining and gatherings extra special. Verandas and garden spaces offer plenty of room to relax or simply take in the valley’s peaceful surroundings. Guest access Guests have full access to: The entire home. Please refer to guest book for further information. *A $500 penalty will be charged if a fire is lit.* Clear signage is provided on the property, please respect these rules for your safety and the preservation of the home. This rule applies at all times and for all guests. -The property is also home to a 7-year-old family dog named Nalah. She is very friendly and spends her time relaxing in the yard or on the verandah. She may bark briefly upon arrival; however, once you say her name she will settle, as she is very used to visitors. If you have any concerns regarding dogs, please let us know in advance and we will make alternative arrangements for Nalah during your stay. -If requested, roll-out single bed and day bed are located in the upstairs master bedroom. -We provide enough amenities and toilet paper for the first three days of your stay only. - We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. For groups of 4 guests or fewer, if you’d like any additional sleeping arrangements prepared, a $30 fee applies to cover extra preparation and fresh linens.
