Peaceful self contained cottage with amazing views. 10 mins drive to Otorohanga, 20 mins to Waitomo Caves. One bedroom inside, second bedroom accessed via carport. Sleeps 4-6, via a king bed, queen bed & fold-out sofa. Additional single mattress avail, request at booking. Full kitchen with oven, fridge, and tea & coffee supplies. Hosts home is on the same property plus dogs & farm animals are onsite. Enjoy a tranquil country setting with a short bush walk at your door. The space Simple, comfortable country cottage, offering excellent value near Waitomo Caves. Full kitchen & open plan lounge/dining area plus bathroom and one bedroom inside, second bedroom accessed via carport. The furniture in the cottage is pre-loved, and the second bedroom is accessed via the carport, and has a heater and a fan for your comfort. With no additional cleaning charge, we do appreciate guests leaving the cottage clean & tidy. Otorohanga isn't reliably serviced by Uber yet, so you'll need your own transport & supplies, the nearest store is a 10 minute drive. You maybe able to have takeaways delivered but this is limited. Dogs & farm animals are onsite, we are happy to introduce you to the dogs, but please don't approach them without our supervision. Please no pets or smoking Guest access Guests have full use of the cottage and are welcome to enjoy the short bush path and outdoor area around the cottage. We do ask that guests refrain from approaching our dogs without our supervision. Please do not feed the dogs or farm animals. We are happy to introduce you to the dogs & show you the animals if we're home, simply message to ask 😊. Other things to note Strictly no pets. Smoking is not permitted inside or anywhere near the cottage; if you choose to smoke/Vape, it must be well away from the building and all cigarette butts and any bottles or containers used as ashtrays must be removed from the property on departure. Any smell or cigarette buts left after departure will incur an additional cleaning fee minimum $100
